Salesforce Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building custom functionality, implementing integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term platform stability across multiple business units. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools Build and maintain REST integrations with external systems Optimize data models and automation to enhance performance and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Debug and resolve production issues, including governor limit challenges and integration failures Implement data validation rules, security controls, and role-based access models Write unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards Document system architecture, development processes, and technical decisions Perform additional duties as required What We Offer Competitive salary range of $90,000–$100,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
