Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. The ideal candidate has strong general accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, maintaining supporting documentation Research and resolve accounting discrepancies through root cause analysis Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and upload financial reporting packages into corporate reporting systems Generate and analyze accounts receivable aging, cash performance, and financial reports Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, sales tax filings, and regulatory reporting Support internal and external audits while maintaining compliance with internal controls Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience. Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms (OneStream, JDE, or similar preferred). Experience with reconciliation tools such as FloQast is a plus. SAP S/4HANA, cost accounting, fixed assets, accounts receivable, or system implementation experience is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
