Executive Recruiter

We're exclusively partnering with a high-performing, fully remote executive search firm in the U.S. (circa 25-30 people) that is looking to hire an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join their delivery function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in executive-level search, enjoys working on high-value retained mandates, and wants to be part of a business experiencing strong and sustained growth across the Technology, AI, and Cyber Security markets. The business is currently operating at full capacity following a significant increase in retained search work, with multiple ongoing executive and C-suite assignments and retained fees regularly exceeding $150k.

This is a delivery-only role, focused purely on candidate execution-no business development required. As a Recruiter, you'll work closely with senior consultants and partners to deliver high-quality candidates into retained executive search mandates across the technology space. You'll play a key role in managing senior-level candidate processes and ensuring exceptional delivery standards on complex searches.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing relationships with senior candidates across Technology, AI, and Cyber Security markets
• Sourcing top-tier talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking
• Managing end-to-end candidate delivery across retained executive search assignments
• Conducting in-depth candidate assessments and ensuring strong role fit for senior leadership positions
• Partnering closely with consultants and leadership teams to deliver on high-value mandates
• Managing multiple executive-level searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Developing deep market expertise within Technology, AI, and senior leadership hiring

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in executive search or senior technology recruitment
• Strong understanding of retained search processes and senior-level hiring
• Ability to manage high-touch candidate processes at VP, Director, and C-suite level
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and delivery-driven mindset
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
• Genuine interest in Technology, AI, and leadership hiring markets

Compensation & Incentives:

• $100k-$130k base salary
• Highly competitive commission structure (25%+ with upside potential)
