Onsite Mortgage Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support homeowners with mortgage servicing questions in a fast-paced contact center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with recent call center experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to mortgage payments, escrow accounts, website assistance, and general account servicing.
• Assist customers with account questions while following established procedures and service standards.
• Make outbound calls to homeowners regarding upcoming or recently missed payments.
• Process payments over the phone when requested by customers.
• Identify customers who may benefit from refinancing and connect them with the appropriate team.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Route escalated issues to the appropriate department when needed.
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
• Learn and utilize company systems and tools to support customer needs.

Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics

• Pay: $19.50/hour
• Bilingual Pay: $20.50/hour
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Work Setting: Fully onsite in Phoenix, AZ
• Mandatory training for the first 3 weeks:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Attendance is required for all training days
• After training, shift preferences may be accommodated based on business needs
• Monthly incentive program with the opportunity to earn up to $500 based on attendance and performance metrics

Requirements

Must-Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of recent contact center or call center experience
• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
• Accurate data entry and documentation skills
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and quality standards
• Strong attendance and reliability record
• Stable work history with consistent job tenure
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Preferred

• Financial services, banking, mortgage, or lending experience
• Experience working with customer service performance metrics
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
• Experience handling payment-related customer inquiries
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support software systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
