Account Coordinator - Business DevelopmentThe Account Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to PuroClean's network of franchise owners, national account partners, and commercial carriers. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, this individual ensures seamless program execution and high-performance relationship management across the Certified Priority Response (CPR) program and other national accounts. Responsible for onboarding and supporting franchisees within the CPR program, managing account setup and compliance, facilitating dispatch operations, and maintaining clear, effective communication across all touchpoints. This role also oversees reporting, documentation, technology systems, and special projects aligned with the departments and company's strategic objectives.Location: Tamarac, FL (Preferably On-site), Remote candidates consideredDepartment: Business DevelopmentReports To: Chief Information OfficerTravel: 25% RequiredKey ResponsibilitiesQualify and onboard PuroClean franchise offices into partner programs and CPR tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)Maintain updated franchise participation rosters, CPR badges, and service capabilitiesSupport franchisees by facilitating onboarding, registering for training and ensuring SLA complianceCollaborate with Regional Directors to review franchise participation checklistsServe as primary point of contact for assigned partnersFacilitate regular calls and communications to maintain strong, productive partner relationshipsAssist in transitioning new partner accounts from Sales to Account ManagementAssist in assignment dispatch to appropriate franchises based on qualifications and performanceMonitor project progress using dispatch systems (e.g., XactAnalysis, Cotality, PuroLogic/DASH)Update and manage franchise zip code coverage areasProvide monthly reports to leadershipMaintain and update program documentation, including SLA files and qualification guidelinesEnsure prompt, respectful, and clear communication with internal teams and franchiseesSupport training efforts including onboarding calls, network calls, and external program-related sessionsComplete special projects and attend meetings assigned as directedMaintain updated zip code lists and distribute them to partnersTravel for conventions, regional meetings (3–5 annually), industry tradeshows, and as directedRequired QualificationsStrong active listening and verbal communicationConfidence and professionalism in partner-facing interactionsEffective conflict resolution and relationship-building abilitiesClear and prompt written communicationPreferred QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chrome)Experience with industry tools/platforms such as:Xactware (Xactimate, XactAnalysis)Cotality including PuroLogic/DASHFranConnect, Gibbis, Franchise DirectoryMailChimp, PuroDrive, PuroClean Online Academy"We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COOWith over 500 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
