Employee Relations Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist with at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including workplace conflicts, complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy concerns.
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Provide guidance to employees and management regarding company policies, procedures, workplace expectations, and employment practices.
• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to address employee concerns and support effective conflict resolution.
• Assist with performance management matters, including disciplinary actions, coaching discussions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Identify trends in employee relations matters and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and reduce workplace risk.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR Business Partners, and leadership teams on complex employee relations issues.
• Facilitate training programs focused on workplace conduct, harassment prevention, conflict resolution, and policy awareness.
• Support organizational initiatives that foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
• Participate in policy development, updates, and employee communication efforts.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and action planning initiatives.
• Provide support during organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
• Perform additional HR and employee relations duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Employee Relations experience.

Work Site: On Site Employment Type: Temp to Hire Salary: $35-38/hr

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
