Quick Facts: Location: Mansfield, OH Start Date: 06/13/2026 Duration: Ongoing / As needed Shift: 24-hour in-house coverage for OB/GYN emergencies Hours/Week: Varies based on needs Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract Licensure/Certifications: Board-certified OB/GYN required Experience: Previous hospitalist or OB/GYN emergency experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $230.10 Pay Package: Competitive hourly rate Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do: Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage including triage, admissions, and deliveries Assess and manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies Collaborate with community OB providers and multidisciplinary teams Communicate with office physicians in real-time regarding patient status Evaluate pregnant patients in trauma and emergency situations Coordinate obstetric care and follow-up for hospitalized patients Support the care of OB/GYN patients during high-pressure emergencies and deliveries What You Need: Valid OB/GYN license in Ohio Certification in obstetrics and gynecology (board-certified or eligible) Prior experience in hospital or emergency OB/GYN settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to hospital needs About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Mansfield, Ohio, providing critical OB/GYN services in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
