Ojo Spa Resorts seeks a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR Department at Ojo Santa Fe Resort and Spa.

Our HR Generalist office is situated in the beautiful location of Santa Fe, NM. Nestled amidst breathtaking high desert landscapes, Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort offers a wide range of amenities and activities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the resort's highlights is our triple-filtered spring waters, sourced from Ojo's own natural aquifer, renowned for their healing properties. We have multiple pools to choose from, each offering a unique temperature and ambiance. Reporting to Human Resources Manager, you will also help to ensure consistency within and between Ojo Spa Resorts (Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort and Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa) and will provide superior customer service to the Resort General Managers, managers, and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other business-related field or an equivalent amount of experience and training preferred.
• A minimum of three years HR experience in a majority of the functions listed above.
• Prior HR experience in the hospitality industry a plus.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
• Knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software and systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Due to the natural environment of Ojo Spa Resorts, must be comfortable outdoors, navigating uneven ground, diverse terrain, and multiple stairs.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds or less.
• The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures; and the ability to speak and communicate in a professional manner.
