This is a remote position with up to 50% domestic travel required. Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States. The Associate Director, National Business Manager - Area Access will support a high-performing Area Access, channel management and trade teams by driving strategic planning, operational alignment, and execution excellence across the organization. This role serves as a force multiplier for Account Directors and Account Executives, helping translate strategic priorities into coordinated action across Market Access, Payer Strategy, Cross-Portfolio Strategy, APEX, Finance, Medical, and other key stakeholders. The individual will establish processes, tools, and ways of working that improve consistency, visibility, planning discipline, and execution across customer-facing teams. The position will play a critical role in supporting customer planning, Summit follow-through, strategic planning cycles, and cross-functional coordination to ensure account teams can focus on customer engagement and business impact.
