Heavy Civil Project Manager

We are a trusted name in heavy civil construction for over 80 years, and are seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team. With a legacy of integrity, innovation, and excellence, we deliver infrastructure solutions across highways, subdivisions, airports, and commercial developments throughout Central California and the Sierra Nevada. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of heavy civil projects.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, paving, grading, and underground utilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
