Founders’ AI-Driven Executive Assistant (Remote)
PAIRS
Pairs is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Founders to own the calendars, correspondence, travel, and follow-through of our two co-founders. Fully remote, you will report directly to both founders, manage calendars across time zones, craft messages in their voices, arrange complex travel, and ensure every commitment is kept with discretion and judgment in a fast-moving startup. You will build systems, automate routine tasks with AI tooling, and protect the founders’ time so they can focus on #J-18808-Ljbffr
