Test Only Technician - 1st shift - Starting at $20.08/hr

Work Flexibility: Onsite Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Overtime as needed What you will do Under general supervision, inspect and test serviced products that may include Loaners, Certified Pre-Owned, customer owned units and all other related products in order to contribute to the completion of a variety of product models. Adheres to safety, quality and quantity standards and follows directions and procedures to meet product and customer specifications. Demonstrate the ability to rectify problems encountered, highlights the issue immediately, and seeks assistance from the relevant support staff May work from engineering drawings and/or follow documented instructions May work from verbal instruction Will be required to comply with documentation procedures Understand and uses material flow process accurately and shares insight on improvement suggestions Ability to do all inventory transactions systematically and physically Ability to use independent judgement to resolve non-routine issues Ability to do cycle count administration and expose any problems related to cycle counts What you need Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment or related field Experience reading prints and schematics $20.08 - $25.28 USD Hourly Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
