Night Help Desk & Desktop Support Analyst (3rd Shift)

Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to support a federal client in Washington, D.C. This position is a 3rd Shift role requiring onsite work and includes responsibilities such as technical support and managing help desk cases. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of IT experience, with specific expertise in ServiceNow and Microsoft environments. A degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is highly desirable.
