Desktop Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues. Support Windows operating systems and common business applications. Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within a ticketing system. Assist with device deployments, equipment replacements, workstation setups, and user onboarding. Perform basic account support, password resets, and access-related requests. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service-level expectations. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications. Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other end-user hardware. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to device deployment, imaging, or hardware refresh projects. Desire to learn and grow within an enterprise IT environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Noblesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
