POSITION SUMMARYThis position has responsibility for inbound/outbound Operations and Logistics for the Distribution Center. Directs and controls all elements of the distribution process, operating within capital and operating budget parameters. Often has responsibility for the facility.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStrive to achieve world-class customer service and operations systems.Plan, direct, and oversee warehouse operations.Ensures the physical condition of warehouse and equipment are properly maintained.Manages subordinates, by interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining.Addresses complaints and resolves problems.Ensures safe operation of the warehouse.Ensures the profitability of the warehouse.Develops and delivers metric reporting to senior managementPerform other duties as assigned.All employees are expected to protect the confidentiality of patient health informationJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSEducation:Related Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master degree preferredExperience:6-7 years of related experienceKnowledge/Skills:3+ years supervisory experience.Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.Demonstrated experience managing multiple functions / shifts / facility.Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONSHeavy LiftingCompany Policy and ComplianceFollow all policies and procedures as well as all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include, but not limited to: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) confidentiality regulations, I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil Rights and ADA. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Distribution & Contracting
