Talent Acquisition Specialist- Ohio

Position Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part‑Time; Exempt, Temporary up to 12 weeks) Shift Details: Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. Typical shifts: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM. Training days and New Employee Celebration may require additional hours or full‑day attendance. Work Location: Hybrid. Must reside in Ohio. Salary/Hourly Wage: $32,000–$37,500 annually. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process, and adhere to headcount budgets. Source and evaluate candidates through online channels, social platforms, professional networks; coordinate interview and selection procedures; manage job requisition creation and approvals; create and design job offer letters. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the candidate profile; participate in job fairs and recruitment events; foster long‑term relationships with passive candidates. Analyze candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System; update recruitment metrics and trackers; achieve goals and metrics set by Talent Acquisition leadership. Lead employer branding initiatives, partner with Marketing, and support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives. Maintain compliance with Recovery Innovations policies, federal and state regulations, and industry best practices; perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources. Experience: 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment with various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Skills: Building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates; proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, job posting platforms, and vendor relationships; intermediate Microsoft Office, especially Excel; detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment; excellent written and verbal communication. Miscellaneous: Travel as required; valid driver’s license; minimum 18 years old; maintain confidentiality (HIPAA); Second‑Chance Employer requirements (background check, substance abuse testing, education verification, fingerprinting clearance, motor‑vehicle report).
