Responsibilities Driving oversight of internal contracts and ensuring regulatory alignment Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance stakeholders Managing risk assessments, due diligence, and audit documentation Supporting framework evolution, reporting, and remediation initiatives We are seeking professionals with 3+ years of corporate experience , strong contract management expertise, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Power BI.
