A well-established heavy civil contractor in Florida known for delivering bridge and transportation projects —not just standard roadway work. They're growing their presence along the Treasure Coast and looking to add a Project Manager with true bridge experience
This is a field-driven PM role where technical expertise matters, and you'll be trusted to run your projects alongside an experienced operations team.
Projects based across Miami/ West Palm/ Port St. Lucie/ Treasure Coast (local/regional work)
What You'll Be Running
- FDOT bridge and transportation projects from award through close-out
- Scopes include:
- Bridge construction & rehabilitation
- Structural concrete & foundations
- Roadway tie-ins, drainage, and MOT
- Work includes complex structural scopes , not commodity site work
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, schedules, and full project execution
- Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subs, and FDOT reps
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure strict compliance with FDOT specs, QA/QC, and safety
- Drive accountability across project and field teams
