Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Intimate Bridge Counseling, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, specializing in addressing issues affecting the entire family unit.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, challenges, and goals.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in managing a range of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol addiction and substance abuse.
\n
• Resolving conflicts and communication issues among family members, including sibling disputes and parent-child conflicts.
\n
• Providing support for clients dealing with grief, loss, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Facilitating discussions on medical and job-related stressors that impact family dynamics.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will play a crucial role in helping families navigate complex emotional landscapes and improving their overall functioning through therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
