About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Legal Recruiting and Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic initiatives to attract and retain top legal talent, as well as to foster the professional growth of attorneys within the firm. This leadership role involves close collaboration with Partners to turn ambitious goals into effective, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Juris Doctorate being preferred, and a minimum of five years' experience in attorney recruiting and professional development. As the Chief Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development Officer, the role is pivotal in shaping the future of the firm. The VP will lead a team in the design of innovative programs that not only draw in the best legal professionals but also provide meaningful opportunities for career advancement. A visionary leader is sought, someone who is passionate about team building, and inspiring excellence, and is ready to make a lasting impact on a premier law firm.
