What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of administrative, office support, coordinator, or office management experience
• Strong skills in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
