Field-Based Behavioral Health Care Manager
Molina Healthcare
Molina Healthcare seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to support care management and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams. You will ensure progress toward member outcomes and help execute strategies for quality, cost-effective care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans with members and providers, and performing home visits when needed.
