Role Description The Sales Specialist is a remote, commission-only, contract role responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships for ANT Digital Firm. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and presenting tailored marketing solutions aligned with client goals. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on service offerings, and participating in training or strategy sessions to continuously refine the sales approach.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and respond to client needs effectively.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals in a B2B or services-focused environment.

• Candidates should possess experience in Training and Sales Management to support team development, optimize processes, and oversee sales activities when needed.

• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing services and basic knowledge of tools such as CRM platforms, video conferencing software, and productivity applications.

• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a results-oriented mindset focused on meeting or exceeding targets.

• Relevant experience in agency, marketing, or consulting environments and an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
