Role Description The Sales Specialist is a part-time remote role focused on generating revenue by promoting L'Auberge Baton Rouge’s services and experiences to prospective and existing guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting outreach via phone, email, and online channels, and presenting tailored offers that align with guest needs. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions, following up on inquiries, and supporting campaigns designed to increase bookings, reservations, and event participation. The Sales Specialist collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent messaging, and high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.\n
