Digital Media Buyer

To support a diverse portfolio of franchise and multi-location brands, the full-time Digital Media Buyer will build, launch, optimize, and report on programmatic and paid social campaigns, primarily focusing on Meta and programmatic media buying in a remote capacity with occasional in-office collaboration. Key responsibilities Manage campaign activation and optimization across programmatic and paid social channels Monitor budget pacing and delivery while identifying performance risks and opportunities Collaborate with strategy, analytics, account, and creative teams for campaign measurement and reporting Required qualifications Five or more years of hands-on digital media buying experience, including programmatic and paid social campaigns Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and experience with at least one demand-side platform, preferably Basis Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of campaign measurement and performance optimization Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance in campaign execution Desire to develop deep platform expertise and continuously improve performance outcomes
