Tired of running burned-out leads? Close high-ticket Impact Windows, Doors & Roofing deals with pre-qualified homeowners.

We are hiring experienced, 100% fluent bilingual (Spanish & English) Outside Sales Representatives to cover pre-set appointments across South Florida. Because a large portion of our high-ticket clientele is Spanish-speaking, you MUST be able to present, negotiate, and close deals effortlessly in both Spanish and English.

If you master the In-Home One-Call Close and want a steady stream of sales opportunities, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Run appointments and close deals

• Present, negotiate, and close in 100% fluent English and Spanish

• Manage follow-ups and pipeline

• Represent our brand professionally and ethically

• Identify additional opportunities when appropriate

Work area: Broward | Palm Beach | Miami-Dade

Qualifications:

• Prior B2C or in-home sales experience required

• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Self-motivated with good time management

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable in a performance-driven role
