Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the head of sales with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, following up on inquiries, order details, and extensions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, to run and provide reports internally and to buyers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming showroom for company and buyer appointments
• Organize the showroom product daily to reflect current inventory and incoming items.
• Report on status updates of ongoing projects and tasks.
• Coordinate with production on receipt of all showroom samples
• Prepare customer presentations, line sheets, pricing, and sales materials.
• Communicate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and overseas teams to support customer needs.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant (preferably in an apparel or manufacturing setting).
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience servicing major retailers such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods,cAt Home, Ross, Burlington, and similar.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (with a strong focus on Excel). Airtable experience a plus.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Be an excellent communicator and a team player
• Excellent time management, attention to detail; accuracy is a must.
• Maintain accurate customer files, reports, and sales documentation.
