We are seeking a Sales and Customer Support Associate for Cloud SaaS sales and support to join our team! You will market and promote for sales our SaaS products and services. Knowledge of Financial, CRM, Marketing, lead management systems a plus. and Business development and sales experience is preferred. The position also includes a bonus structure as part of the compensation plan.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to professionally demonstrate and present software system to Clients and Prospects
• Lead and customer prospecting
• Identify and target potential customers through various business channels
• Review Client needs and be a liaison to demonstrate software services
• Analysis of data using BI tools

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of Accounting and CRM Systems
• Accounting process, Marketing and Lead Management Systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Access preferred
• Strong problem solving and communication and writing a skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
