Senior Associate, Business Tax Services

Role Overview: A Senior Associate in Business Tax Services provides comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to diverse clients, including corporations and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Assist with tax compliance, advisory, and planning for clients across industries. Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations. Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific expertise. Manage and mentor tax professionals working on client projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing high-quality tax advice. Contribute to market activities and promote business growth. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two years' recent experience in corporate tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation from an accredited institution. Solid knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740. Strong advisory, compliance, and communication skills to articulate complex tax information effectively.
