Senior Manager, Marketing AI Product, CoCo

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager to oversee the evolution and adoption of AI-powered marketing capabilities across commercial teams. The role bridges marketing users, stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to drive product strategy, user adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Pod Leads to refine user stories, support product strategy, and prioritize AI-powered marketing capabilities
- Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements and influence roadmap decisions
- Support launches, training, and enablement efforts for commercial teams adopting AI capabilities
- Monitor adoption metrics and identify optimization opportunities to increase engagement and value realization
- Lead Business Acceptance Testing activities and translate usage findings into product recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years in marketing, omnichannel, analytics, digital, or commercial operations
- Experience supporting digital products, marketing technologies, or commercial systems
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with business and technical teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled solutions for commercial effectiveness
Compensation: $124,400–$207,400 base salary; eligible for 17.5% bonus and long-term incentive program
