• Must hold unrestricted MD or DO license with the State of Washington Department of Health
• Valid DEA license required
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• Monday through Friday work week
• 18 - 25 patient census
