Production Team Member

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Team Member to join their team. As a Production Team Member, you will be part of the industrial manufacturing department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Team Member

Location: Bristol, IN

Pay Range: $18.50/hour - Jumps to $21.00/Per Hour Upon Hire 

Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday OT may be required 

What's the Job?

• Assemble Vent products and RV doors on production lines following verbal or written instructions
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and utilize measuring devices to ensure quality standards
• Stand for extended periods while performing assembly tasks
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs. consistently in a fast-paced environment

What's Needed?

• Must be able to pass a tape measure test 
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attendance and dependable work history
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
