Production Worker

Overview Manufacturing roles available at a growing company in Bristol, Indiana. Will work in the lamination area within a router, or wire harness position. Will collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams to meet production goals and quality standards. Pay rate is $19.00-$20.00/hour, 1st Shift, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Responsibilities Review production orders and verify materials. Operate equipment while meeting production and quality standards. Inspect products and monitor for defects. Collect production samples and maintain job specifications. Follow all safety and operational procedures. Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas. Assist with machine repairs and routine maintenance. Use of router in the router position. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in machine operation or lamination. Ability to read work orders and use a ruler. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
