Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Our client, a dynamic healthcare program in Essex County, NJ, is seeking a dedicated PMHNP to join its team in providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services within a community setting. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. The individual in this position must speak Spanish. The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based treatment aligned with national standards and regulatory guidelines Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans in coordination with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff Deliver both medication management and psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and warning signs that require clinical attention Engage in preventative care strategies and contribute to the creation of protocols that support long-term wellness Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes Job Requirements Licensed PMHNP in the state of New Jersey Bilingual in Spanish is required Must be able to work a full-time schedule (five 8-hour shifts per week) Experience or interest in providing both psychotherapy and medication management Please note: Official communication from Atlas Search or its employees will only come from email addresses ending in @atlassearchllc.com Visit to see our privacy policy and for our Terms of Service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
