Customer Service Specialist

Position: Customer Service Specialist Location: Lexington, KY (Onsite) Work Hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (Full-Time) West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lexington branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post‑installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience. This is a fast‑paced customer service role focused on communication, problem‑solving, and relationship building.
