Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment while providing top-quality care to patients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Dr. Medwed during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort. - Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage equipment setup. - Take digital X-rays and impressions when needed. - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. - Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting. - Help ease anxiety for nervous patients, creating a positive experience. - Manage inventory and order dental supplies. - Follow all infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications: - Dental Assistant certification (preferred but not required). - X-ray and Nitrous certification (or willingness to obtain). - Previous experience in a dental office is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A team player with a caring and patient-focused attitude.
