About the Role We’re looking for a Market Director to lead and grow our Seattle market—owning both sales and recruiting performance while building a high-impact, collaborative team

• In this role, you’ll act as both a strategic leader and hands‑on operator, responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring strong delivery outcomes. You’ll lead Account Executives and Talent Executives, bringing both sides of the business together to create a seamless, high‑performing market

What You’ll Do Own the Market Lead overall market performance, including revenue growth, client expansion, and delivery success Develop and execute market strategies aligned to company goals Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and key performance metrics to guide decision-making Lead and develop Account Executives to generate new business and grow existing relationships Support strategic client engagements, negotiations, and account planning Ensure strong pipeline generation and consistent revenue attainment Oversee recruiting performance to ensure high-quality pipelines and successful placements Align recruiting strategy with business demand and client needs Drive accountability for key recruiting metrics (activity, submissions, interviews, placements) Build & Develop the Team Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales and recruiting Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in scaling the Cohort Model, supporting the pipeline and development of entry‑level talent Create clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support career growth Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and alignment with Agility’s core values Ensure Operational Excellence Maintain visibility into performance through consistent reporting and system usage Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to support market growth Identify opportunities to improve processes and scale effectively The Ideal Candidate 8+ years of experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services, with demonstrated leadership responsibility Proven track record of owning revenue targets and delivering consistent business growth Experience leading both sales (business development) and recruiting/delivery teams Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment Proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can drive results Why You’ll Love It Here High-Impact & Innovative Work: Be part of a fast‑growing organization delivering disruptive solutions and reshaping the tech talent space.
