Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary Our client, a leading fortune 80 telecommunications company, seeks a detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join a high-performing Accounts Payable team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are sharp, quick learners, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities Process high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices with speed and accuracy. Perform data entry in an automated invoice processing environment. Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing while meeting daily productivity goals. Review invoice information for completeness and resolve discrepancies when needed. Learn and navigate multiple business systems with minimal supervision. Maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 0-5+ years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Strong data entry experience with excellent accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Accounts Payable or invoice processing experience. Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Kofax, or Oracle. Key Competencies & Behaviors Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $16.00 to $23.00 per hour (approximate; final compensation may vary). Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans.
