The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our patients, inbound/outbound phone calls, scheduling patients, administrative functions, and providing superior customer service. Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Welcome and identify patient needs Directly greet and service patients for scheduled appointments as well as impromptu visits Excellent and professional phone and office etiquette Verifying and retrieving benefits online for patients prior to appointment Verify patient insurance and prepare charts Handle a high volume phone - scheduling and confirming appointments Assist in Investigating and resolving customer complaints Experience Customer Service Insurance Verification Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
