The Commercial Real Estate Assistant supports both commercial and residential real estate appraisers by providing comprehensive assistance in research, report writing, and administrative tasks. This role requires knowledge of real estate and proficiency with real estate appraisal software to ensure efficient data management and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support research efforts for commercial and residential properties
- Assist in writing appraisal reports with accuracy and clarity
- Manage and file data systematically for easy retrieval
- Maintain and update databases related to property information
- Prepare documents necessary for appraisal processes
- Collect property data through various sources and site visits
- Provide administrative support to appraisers as needed
