Job Title: HR Admin

Pay Rate : $19-20/hr.

Shift: 1st

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

*Temporary Position*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
Maintain employee files and ensure I-9 compliance
Process payroll changes and assist with timekeeping audits
Support benefits administration and enrollment
Address employee questions regarding policies, pay, and workplace concerns
Assist with disciplinary actions and employee documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
