Job Title: HR Admin
Pay Rate : $19-20/hr.
Shift: 1st

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee files and ensure I-9 compliance
- Process payroll changes and assist with timekeeping audits
- Support benefits administration and enrollment
- Address employee questions regarding policies, pay, and workplace concerns
- Assist with disciplinary actions and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
