What you’ll bring:

• Hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Background as a General Education Teacher
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with primary-aged students preferred
• Dedication to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for K-2nd grade students
• Encourage curiosity and foster both academic and social growth in your classroom
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with school guidelines
