Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience in a K-2 general education or MCL setting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons across core subject areas for primary-grade students
• Lead small group instruction, adapting strategies to meet individual student needs and learning styles
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to implement curriculum enhancements and interventions
• Collect and analyze student data to inform instructional adjustments and student supports
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and ongoing training with the Clinical Advisory Team
• Create a safe, supportive classroom where all students are encouraged to achieve their best
