Customer Retention Representative

Working remotely on a PM shift, the Customer Retention Representative will manage client relationships, focus on retention strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and loyalty Implement retention strategies and initiatives to address client needs and concerns Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively Required qualifications Experience in customer service or client relations roles Ability to work flexible hours, particularly during PM shifts Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong understanding of retention strategies and customer engagement High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
