Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:\n•\t5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or similar Agile delivery role\n•\tStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban\n•\tExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, backlog refinement)\n•\tExperience working within SAFe or enterprise-scale Agile environments\n•\tStrong Jira experience for backlog management, dashboards, reporting, and metrics\n•\tExperience utilizing Agile flow metrics including: \no\tCycle Time\no\tThroughput\no\tWork in Progress (WIP)\no\tPredictability\no\tDelivery Trends\n•\tExperience managing risks, dependencies, impediments, and cross-team coordination\n•\tStrong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills\n•\tExperience creating executive-level reporting using PowerPoint and Excel\n•\tServant leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement\n•\tAt least 1 year of experience supporting AI-related initiatives, preferably with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools

This individual will serve as a key Agile leader responsible for facilitating delivery across one or more Agile teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Agile Coaches, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Agile practices, remove delivery impediments, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a hands-on Agile practitioner who enjoys coaching teams, improving delivery predictability, leveraging Jira and Agile metrics to drive performance, and supporting large-scale Agile transformations within a SAFe environment. The position offers the opportunity to work with modern delivery practices, AI initiatives, and enterprise-level Agile programs while helping teams achieve measurable business outcomes. The Scrum Master will support two teams: a newly formed, high-visibility LangSmith rollout team operating on an accelerated timeline, and an established team focused on developing and maintaining an internal application, including a homegrown model repository. This role will be in Charlotte, NC and requirement is 3 days onsite.
