We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our team. As an Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, for both accounting and administrative departments
• Oversee office management tasks, including updating and reporting inventory
• Assist with calculating sales commissions
• Operate phone systems, answer incoming calls, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
• Provide administrative support by posting automotive documents
• Be responsible for managing and balancing monthly gross sheets, cashflows, and any ongoing contracts
• Maintain accounts, ensuring all information reflected is accurate and up to date

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in file management, both physical and digital
• Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
• Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and correspondence
• Previous experience in automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be located in New Jersey
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of using a dealership management system a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
