You will facilitate leadership and onboarding programs, design and execute targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global learning initiatives. Collaborating with regional teams, you will ensure seamless training delivery and maintain a comprehensive global learning calendar. Additionally, you will conduct learning needs analysis and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders. You will serve as a local point of contact for core products, ensuring data integrity and regular content updates. Your role will require strong project management, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and adaptability. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong ability to navigate change and apply data-driven insights for impactful learning solutions.QualificationsResponsibilitiesFacilitationPrimary facilitator of Company Onboarding Secondary facilitator of Leadership Development productsDelivers offsites in location where suitableLearning PartneringResponsible for development and execution of learning strategy at the squad levelConducts Learning Needs Analysis Provide data and insights during MBRs and QBRs for relevant stakeholders on all learning activities of supported group(s)Work with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locationsMaintain global learning calendar for supported assignment(s)Drive engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s).
