Viva Day Spa + Med Spa was founded in 2005 by three women with a simple belief: when you take exceptional care of people, everything else follows.
Today, Viva serves guests across Austin, Round Rock, Dallas, and Atlanta through award-winning spa and med spa experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire exceptional people who bring our culture and service standards to life.
At Viva, our people are the experience. Every Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Concierge, Injector, Laser Technician, Housekeeper, and leader contributes to how our guests feel when they walk through our doors.
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll lead recruiting across Viva's Texas and Atlanta markets.
You will help identify, attract, and hire talented people for all positions across operations while creating an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire.
This is a hybrid hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving staffing challenges, and helping people find meaningful careers. Success comes from persistence, follow-through, strong communication, and a genuine passion for people
What You'll Own
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across all Viva markets
- Own the recruiting process from sourcing through hire while helping ensure every candidate experiences the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that define the Viva brand
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for spa, med spa, hospitality, and ops roles
- Build talent pipelines for licensed and hospitality talent
- Partner with leaders on staffing priorities and hiring needs
- Maintain consistent hiring processes and communication standards
- Support offer process and pre-employment onboarding coordination
- Develop relationships with schools, training programs, and community partners
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry outreach as needed
- Maintain passive candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Deliver a warm, hospitality-forward candidate experience
- Ensure timely communication and strong follow-through
- Help candidates feel informed, respected, and connected throughout the process
- Manage recruiting systems, job posting, and hiring workflows
- Track recruiting activity and support ongoing process improvements
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, beauty, retail, healthcare, or high-touch service environments
- Managed recruiting platforms including, ADP, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Experience recruiting licensed or service-based talent preferred
- Flexibility to recruit outside normal business hours
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organization and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Passion for people, service, wellness, and hospitality
