We are seeking a Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our firm! If you've worked in the Apartment industry and would like to explore the vendor side of the industry, this could be the right opportunity for you! If you love to talk to people and build relationships this could be the right opportunity for you! Hospitality, food service and retail experience also provide transferable skills to our position and we will train!
Our Talent Acquisitions Specialist is an internal role with our office located in Round Rock and is the true key and the beginning of the staffing cycle!

As a Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will play an important role in our recruiting team. You will work closely together to uncover talent for the apartment industry. Assist in searching and reviewing resumes from various job boards (Zip Recruiter/Indeed/Craigslist), pre-screen candidates, and move forward with those qualified to the next steps in the interview and application process. You will provide a full range of support including handling new hire paperwork, inputting data into the system, processing background checks, and verifying and processing timesheets.
