As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the first stage of the recruitment process by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates across our open positions. You will work directly with our Director of People Operations as well as our hiring managers to define candidate profiles and build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.This role will work very closely with leadership across departments, from Engineering to Client Success, and develop recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled with top-level talent consistent with our company culture. To be successful in this position, you will need skills in networking, sourcing, and interviewing. In this role, candidates must enjoy and work well with technology and possess great written and verbal communication skills.ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to meet the hiring needs of our organizationThis position reports directly to the Director of People Operations and works alongside company leadership such as our CEO, COO, VP of Engineering, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales.Conduct proactive candidate searches and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Manage candidate profiles (notes, resumes, and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions.Create email and InMail content for candidate communications.Build relationships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and future hiring needs.Support the onboarding process for employees, ensuring a smooth new hire experience.Maintain organized records and handle confidential information professionally.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field1+ years of direct talent acquisition and sourcing experience, either in-house or at an agencyA background in technical sourcing, preferredExperience with an ATS system such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable, requiredExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter search and project coordination featuresProficiency in conducting Boolean searchesMust be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and be extremely organized and efficientMust possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chartAbility to say: "I don't know, but I can get that answer for you" and then find the answerAble to work independently (but understand we won't leave you on an island)About WeInfuseCome join our growing company.
